Historic Linthicum Walks is a 200-year-old house whose history reflects the agricultural past of western Anne Arundel County. Known for its beautiful gardens and grounds, it is a nationally recognized historic jewel. This property is enjoyed by all as an educational and regional cultural arts center.
This 5.2 acre property was the center of a farm complex and contains a main house, a meat house, family cemetery and fish pond.
Currently maintained by The Friends of Historic Linthicum Walks, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization. The land is owned by Anne Arundel County and the site is administered by the Department of Recreations and Parks. Our property is truly unique in this area and we depend on the generosity of our visitors and patrons.

The ship was full of English tea. The Maryland colonists were protesting the tax on tea. A brief talk will be given about this important historic event.
